28 Salt's Avenue

A single-storey rear extension to a detached house in Loose, Maidstone, providing a new kitchen/living area, conversion of the existing living room to a bedroom with ensuite, and improving ground floor circulation.

Budget: £130k approx

Status: Completed 2012

Oxon Hoath

Planning and listed building applications and detailed specifications for the renovation of a large country house, removing modern alterations for commercial use, and returning the building to use as a family home. The project includes complete re-roofing as well as stripping out of superfluous toilet accommodation and conversion of a former Victorian billiard room into a modern family kitchen. Other phases of work will include the restoration of the 18th-century kitchen walled garden and the installation of new purpose-designed automated entrance gates.
